FRAME
All FSW units are made of galvanized sheet metal, enameled at 180 °C with polyurethane powder to ensure the best resistance to weathering. The frame is a self-supporting structure.

COMPRESSOR
Rotary compressor.

Compressor features:

High efficiency for energy cost savings.

Low noise level, quiet operation.

Use of HFC refrigerant for environmental protection.

High reliability, long service life.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
These units use refrigerant R410a. The refrigeration circuit is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 97/23 welding procedures and PED regulations.

The refrigeration circuit consists of:

drying filter;

Schrader valve for maintenance and control;

capillary tube for expansion;

compressor;

condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminum fins.

CONDENSATE COLLECTION TANK
Stainless steel tank; condensate drain pipe connection: 3⁄4" internal thread.

FAN
Centrifugal fan.

AIR FILTER
Made of synthetic material, the filter is washable and easy to replace.

MICROPROCESSOR
The microprocessor controls all the functions of the unit, such as: general operation, automatic defrosting system, alarms, as well as humidity and temperature regulation (temperature regulation only in the version with hot water coil).

CONTROL PANEL
The electrical panel complies with the electromagnetic compatibility standards (2004/108 EEC) and the electrical safety regulations for low-voltage equipment 2006/95 EEC.
The electrical panel has the following components:

Remote control terminals;

Electronic circuit board.

The unit must comply with the safety rules and regulations in force. If necessary, provide a main disconnector.

TESTS
Tests are carried out to check the tightness of the refrigeration circuit. Electrical discharges and functional tests.

TECHNICAL STANDARDS
This dehumidifier complies with the essential requirements of the European Community Directives:

2006/95/EC (December 12, 2006) on the safety of electrical products intended for use with low voltage;

2004/108/EC (December 15, 2004) on electromagnetic compatibility;

2006/42/EC (May 17, 2006) on the safety of machinery.

Conformity is declared based on the following harmonized technical standards: CEI-EN 60335-2-40, CEI-EN 55014-1, CEI-EN 55014-2.

We also declare that the product is manufactured in compliance with the applicable RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC), transposed into national law by Law No. 25 of July 2005. 151 (Article 5).
