Additional warranty

The additional warranty is analogous to the warranty provided by the manufacturer, only it is valid longer. By purchasing a warranty extension, you will ensure the protection of your investment. We offer additional warranty terms of one, two, and three years for purchased goods.

 The additional warranty is subject to the same warranty repair conditions as the standard manufacturer's warranty. You can find them here

 You can see the price of the additional warranty on the page for each product for which this service is available.

 The additional warranty comes into effect only after the end of the standard manufacturer's warranty. While the manufacturer's warranty is valid, you must contact the warranty service center for this product.

 If the household appliance breaks down after the warranty period provided by the manufacturer and the product has an additional warranty, please contact us and inform us. In turn, we will provide free:

* replacement of defective parts;

* product repair;

* repair of bulky goods (from 50 kg.) at the customer's home or their transportation to and from the airport;

GUARANTEE OBLIGATIONS

1. Your refrigerator, freezer, or other household or industrial appliance will be repaired by our or an authorized company's specialists.
2. Warranty obligations do not apply:

  •     for failures caused by natural disasters, fires, user carelessness and improper operation;
  •     in case of power grid failures;
  •     for changes in the color of the device (yellowing, contamination, etc.) and rusting;
  •     injuries caused during operation (cleaning, shaving scratches and other defects caused by mechanical damage);
  •     for defects that occurred during transportation, when the device is transported by the customer himself;
  •     for product accessories, consumables, such as remote controls, replaceable lamps, filters, shelves, boxes, knobs, etc.;
  •     for detected damages caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids or insects without descaling the appliance.

3. Warranty maintenance may be terminated earlier than scheduled if:

  •     the device was not operated according to its intended purpose and not in the user's household, meeting his personal needs;
  •     the device was operated in an unsuitable room, e.g. damp, cold, etc.;
  •     the device has been deliberately damaged.

4. Defects or violations due to the fault of the manufacturer, discovered during the warranty inspection, are removed free of charge by the authorized service company specified in the warranty card.
5. The customer shall pay the costs of the arrival of an unjustifiably summoned technical maintenance point employee according to the company's service rates.

When delivering the product for warranty repair, it is necessary to submit all the documents attached to the product by the manufacturer, the product purchase document (this invoice), which is also the product's warranty card.
It is preferable for the Buyer to deliver the product to the warranty center in a complete set for warranty service. In any case, the product must be delivered in such a way that it can be turned on (the product and its power source must be provided).
Please note that:
 The order "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" (2001.06.29 no. 217) provides that: "Large and heavy (over 10 kg weight) non-food items of unsuitable quality for quality assessment, exchange, repairs or returns are carried by the seller, unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. The quality of such goods can also be assessed at the buyer's home."
 for repaired or replaced goods, the warranty conditions are valid for the remainder of the warranty period.

Air conditioner warranty

1. Air conditioners have a 24-month warranty, equipment requires technical service, performed once a year by certified companies).

Note: In case of equipment failure, we will require a document confirming that the technical service has been performed.

2. The warranty does not apply if:

If the user does not specify the serial number of the device, or the serial number on the device is damaged;

If the air conditioning system is installed without qualification;

If the rules or conditions of use of the device have been violated;

If qualified technical service was not performed;

If there are signs of unqualified repair attempts;

If the factory design of the device is changed;

If the device is not used for its intended purpose;

The equipment was transported without complying with the manufacturer's requirements;

In case of mechanical damage;

In case of damage caused by foreign objects, aggressive substances, liquids;

In the case of unassembled or disassembled equipment, when it is not possible to check the quality of installation.

In the event of violations caused by natural disasters, fire, domestic factors, accidental external effects (voltage fluctuations in the electrical network, lightning effects, etc.), as well as accidents.

Important information

It is necessary to carefully familiarize yourself with the operating instructions of the device;

The drainage pump is provided with a 12-month warranty, which cannot be extended;

In the case of malfunctions of the equipment, please contact the company that installed the air conditioning equipment or performs technical maintenance of the equipment.
