FRAME

All FSW units are made of galvanized sheet metal, coated with enamel baked at 180 °C with polyurethane powder to ensure maximum resistance to atmospheric agents. The frame is self-supporting.

COMPRESSOR

Rotary compressor.
Main features:

High efficiency, allowing energy savings.

Low noise level, quiet operation.

HFC refrigerant is used, safe for the environment.

High reliability and long service life.

REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT

The units use refrigerant R410a. The refrigeration circuit is manufactured in accordance with ISO 97/23 requirements, applying appropriate welding procedures and PED regulations.
The refrigeration circuit consists of:

drying filter,

Schrader valve for maintenance and control,

capillary tube,

compressor,

condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminum fins.

CONDENSATE COLLECTION TANK

Made of stainless steel. Condensate outlet connection: ¾ inch internal thread.

FAN

Centrifugal fan.

AIR FILTER

Made of synthetic materials. The filter is washable and easy to replace.

MICROPROCESSOR

The microprocessor controls all the functions of the unit:

general operation,

automatic defrost system,

signaling (alarms),

humidity and temperature regulation (temperature regulation is available only in models with hot water heat exchanger).

CONTROL PANEL

Complies with the electromagnetic compatibility standards (2004/108 EEC) and the low voltage safety regulations (2006/95 EEC).
The package includes:

Remote control terminals,

Electronic circuit board.

Installation must be carried out in accordance with current safety regulations and laws. If necessary, a main disconnector must be installed.

TESTS

Tests are carried out to verify:

the tightness of the refrigeration circuit,

the reliability of the electrical insulation,

the general functionality.

TECHNICAL STANDARDS

This dehumidifier complies with the essential requirements of the European Community Directives:

2006/95/EC (December 12, 2006) on the safety of low-voltage electrical equipment,

2004/108/EC (December 15, 2004) on electromagnetic compatibility,

2006/42/EC (May 17, 2006) on the safety of machinery.

Conforms to the following harmonized standards:

CEI-EN 60335-2-40,

CEI-EN 55014-1,

CEI-EN 55014-2.

It is also declared that the product complies with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, implemented by Law No. 151 of July 25, 2005 (Article 5).
