The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is designed for ventilation of smaller apartments or individual rooms or groups of rooms. Due to the unique design of the equipment, all noise-generating components are hidden in the exterior walls. The entire device body is in a blown polypropylene shell, which guarantees an extremely good noise barrier and high tightness. Air supply and exhaust ducts can be connected to the device. Without additional ducts, the equipment operates indoors.

The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is one of the few indoor ventilation devices to be awarded the passive house certificate.
