The ComfoSpot 50 single-room ventilation unit with heat and humidity recovery is mounted on a wall. The ComfoSpot ventilation unit uses a counter-flow enthalpy plate heat exchanger, which not only prevents the rooms from drying out, but also allows the unit to operate at low temperatures without additional heating. The average heat recovery coefficient is 80%.
Even with high-pressure centrifugal fans, the noise emitted by the unit during air supply at an air flow of 40 m3/h is only 25 dBA.
The ComfoSpot 50 is suitable for both renovation projects and new buildings where it is not possible to use ventilation ducts.
The unit has been awarded the Passive House Institute certificate.
